Although often referred to as "Apistogramma pebas," this species still remains undescribed (though it's likely that name will be accepted.) These F2 fry are fairly forgiving of water conditions, and can be maintained in virtually any aquarium provided extremes in water conditions are avoided.
We've found Pebas to be very peaceful, and it will mix well with any small, peaceful fishes. We recommend fish such as the Glowlight Danio, Ember Tetras, or Beckford's Pencilfish.
