The Siamese Algae Eater (SAE), also known as Crossocheilus siamensis.

The Siamese Algae Eater, oftentimes abbreviated as SAE, is one of the all around best algae eating fishes in the hobby. It is often times confused with a number of similar looking "algae eaters," including the flying fox, but can be told apart by the solid line along the middle of the fish, which extends into the tail. The Siamese Algae Eater (or Siamese Flying Fox) is famous as one of a handful of fishes that eat the dreaded black beard algae.
Unfortunately, many aquarists will often attempt to put one or two of these fishes into a small aquarium, ignoring their relatively large adult size. They are schooling fish, and are best maintained in groups of no less than six.
While many hobbyists are familiar with this fish as C. siamensis, this name is actually not valid, and the fish is correctly known as C. atrilimes.
