Celestichthys choprae, the Glowlight Danio

Recent work on the genus Celestichthys has really complicated matters. The Celestial Pearl Danio (C. margaritatus) was once thought to be a Rasbora ("Galaxy Rasbora"), but then decided to be more closely related to the danios, and this new genus was created. Recently, C. choprae and C. erythromicron were moved into the genus, merging together a group of fishes that have been considered danios and rasbora previous -- and confusing hobbyists. I need a margaritatus.
The beautiful Glowlight Danio is one of my favourite microfish. These beautiful fish have an almost neon, glow in the dark orange pattern to them. Despite being a fairly small fish, they will bring a lot of life and colour to a planted aquarium. Care should be taken to avoid mixing them with other members of their new genus, as they may produce hybrid fry. The Glowlight is incredibly easy to spawn, and like the Erythros, our own stock hasn't needed replenishing in some time. Placed in a tank with even a moderate amount of cover, either in the form of spawning mops, plants, or even filters, they will constantly lay eggs, and small fry may be found. While they may prey on some fry, these little danios don't seem to do much damage to their offspring's populations.
